Shipping Policy

Where does my order ship from and where do you ship to?

Your order will be shipped from Brampton, Ontario, Canada. All local orders qualify for free local delivery to most Ontario addresses in Mississuaga and Brampton. We do local deliveries most Fridays or more frequently depending on the volume of orders.

We ship to all of Canada and the United States.

How is shipping calculated and how long will it take to receive my order?

In Canada: Orders over $150 before taxes will ship free. For orders less than $150 (CAD) before tax, there will be a flat rate of $18.00. Shipping to addresses in the United States will be calculated at check out. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Your order will be shipped using Canada Post or courier (UPS, Canpar, etc) depending on your distance from us or if border crossing is involved. 

Shipping fee includes packaging and shipping to your door. For our US customers there may be customs, duties and brokerage fees applied to your order via your country’s customs border services that are the responsibility of the purchaser and have no relationship to Lavender and Leather.

Orders are processed and shipped 1-2 times a week. Please allow 3-5 business days of payment processed, excluding holidays. Cross border deliveries may take 3-14 days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Packages are shipped only to the name and address provided at check out. Please note that COVID may affect these times and they are out of our control.

**We love to recycle, so sometimes your items will arrive in pre loved box, reused from our own packaging which makes mother nature very happy**

Please be wary if you live in an area known for porch pirates. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the delivery noted section during checkout you may request a signature upon delivery to ensure your items arrive safely. We will include the signature for delivery at no extra cost to you.
